Over the past 19 years, Eric McNeil has practiced in all areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He has also prepared briefs and presented oral arguments before various state appellate courts. Eric currently maintains an insurance defense practice with emphasis on construction litigation. He has significant jury trial experience and has also served as lead counsel in bench trials and arbitration proceedings
